Used to drink coffee almost everyday. Not instant; I prefer brewed or espresso and would drink it after a meal or during merienda.Β Had to cut my intake, though. I decided to at least have a cup in a month. πŸ˜€

But, hey, I haven’t had coffee in months! The last one I had was in May pa! A macchiato from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. πŸ™‚

Avi, what’s the reason with one cup of coffee a month? :p

  2. Salve ay nagsasabing:

kasi ang tagal ng effect ng coffee sakin, parang sumasama pakiramdam ko for several days. e, i still want to enjoy its taste and aroma, kaya kahit once a month nagkakape ako. pero kailangan matapang na coffee. hindi ko type ang instant coffee. mas mapait mas gusto ko. πŸ˜€
