Used to drink coffee almost everyday. Not instant; I prefer brewed or espresso and would drink it after a meal or during merienda.ย Had to cut my intake, though. I decided to at least have a cup in a month.๐Ÿ˜€

But, hey, I haven’t had coffee in months! The last one I had was in May pa! A macchiato from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.๐Ÿ™‚

Avi, what’s the reason with one cup of coffee a month? :p
